Our Office
The City of Clinton was struck by a F4 tornado on Feb 5, 2008 and our office was directly in the path. A new facility is being rebuilt on the office grounds and we plan to be open in September 2008. Welcome to Our Office We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to provide you with Dental, Nutritional, Orthopedic/Orthodontic, TMJ and Cranial services. The information that follows is designed to acquaint you with our office. Please ask if you have further questions.

Appointments and Cancellations We see patients on an appointment basis and we request that you call in advance so we can reserve time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us by letting us know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. We must charge for missed appointments if any are not canceled twenty four hours in advance.
Emergency Care We recognize that you can have an emergency situation (toothache) arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem quickly. If you have an emergency, please tell our office staff when you call. We will make arrangements to fit you into our schedule as best we can. You will be seen as soon as possible, but due to scheduling a delay may be encountered.
Telephone Calls All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have on dental and nutritional health concerns. However, it would be unfair to our patients if the Doctor were to interrupt treatment to answer every telephone call. The Office Staff can answer many of your questions. They will also relay your message to the Doctor, who will reply in person or through the Staff, at the earliest opportunity.
After Hours Telephone Calls If you find it necessary to contact the Doctor after normal office hours, you may leave a message on the answering machine. Please speak clearly and be sure to give your name, phone number, the date and time you are calling and your message. Your message will be picked up and answered the next time the office is open for business. Fees and Payments Payment is required at the time services are rendered. Payment methods include Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Insurance Insurance often will reimburse you for all or part of your dental health treatment expense. Each time you make an office visit for dental treatment, we will submit an insurance claim to your insurance company, provided you have given us the proper information. However, we require that you pay at the time of each appointment and the insurance will reimburse you for the amount which your policy covers. We will be happy to answer any questions you have at any time regarding your account. Please remember that insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. It is a method of reimbursing you for fees paid to the Doctor and is not a substitute for payment at the time of treatment.
